Chapter OneChapter One: Wanna Be My Roomie?Chapter One by Yours-Mine-Ours
"WHAT!?" The blonde ninja shouted, exasperatedly. He pounded his hands on the Hokage's desk, sending a few papers flying in his frustration. "What do you mean I don't have a place to live!? I was only gone six months on that mission!"
Eighteen year old Uzamaki Naruto was in the Hokage's office. Tsunade frowned, biting her pink slicked lower-lip in thought. She combed her matching pink fingernails through her pale, snow-colored hair looking up into the glowing blue eyes of the young boy. "I'm sorry Naruto, but your house was condemned!" Tsunade told him.
"WHY!?" he asked, stamping his feet like a child, too frustrated to act his age.
The snow haired Hokage raised an eyebrow, "Hon, when you went on your mission, you left thirty-two bowls of cooked ramen in an open refrigerator! A group of rodents got into it and ate everything you own. They moved in and shit over everything. It's really nasty, Naruto, you don't want to go there " She explained

Six weeks had passed since Sasuke had left Kakashi and herself to return to his wife in Konohagakure. He had sent them a letter within two days of his arrival in Konohagakure stating that he would not be returning to the Village of the Clouds to finish the mission because Temari was expecting a child and he wanted to celebrate.
Sasuke's news had struck Sakura a little harder than she had expected it too. Really, they were the same age and he was already off being married with children! And here she was, an eighteen year old virgin who had spent so much time obsessing over a childhood crush she'd never gotten herself a damn boyfriend.
She sighed, brushing a strand of pink hair behind her ear. It was annoying listening to Kakashi's stories about his and Iruka's romantic interludes. It was like he was reading a page out of one of his dirty novels. It drove her absolutely crazy. Was she the only single woman left on this planet!?

"Wow Ino-Chan! Your apartment is gorgeous!" Naruto exclaimed as he looked around the room. The apartment was small, but spacious, with light maroon walls and flowing white sash curtains around the bay window on the back wall of the living room. Even from his spot at the door Naruto could see the lovely view from the window, overlooking a garden complete with a coy pond.
There was a thin hallway directly in front of the door, leading to what Naruto assumed to be the bedrooms.
It had a half-kitchen with small oak cabinets lining the walls and a sleek off-white marble countertop held up by bamboo slating. Three bamboo stools lined in front of it to create a breakfast nook. And to his joy, a refrigerator against the wall that he was positive had food inside of it. Facing the window was a large comfortable looking white leather sofa with a purple and red woven blanket placed across the back, its tassels hanging prettily. A white shag rug was on the floor.

On the way back to the apartment, everyone had found themselves to be incapable of speech. Naruto was in back, in between Sakura and Ino. Ino wound her arm through his, forming a human cuff, linking him to her. Sakura kept eyeing them out of the corner of her eye. Dating? She couldn't wrap her head around it. Yamanaka Ino and Uzumaki Naruto were DATING?
Upon entering Kakashi and Iruka's home, the group found an impressive breakfast spread that spanned the entire length of the table. Temari and Iruka, in matching frilly pink aprons, where peddling around the kitchen tending to the last items of food.
Kankuro was asleep on the couch and of no help at all. His feet were stretched out into Lee's lap. Lee looked horribly uncomfortable with this predicament, but unsure of what to do about it.
"Hey guys, welcome home!" Temari called from the kitchen in a sing-song voice. The group quickly spread out into the house, muttering their greeti
